In the aroma, we’ll find forest fruits, roasted coffee, figs and vanilla cream. The taste is full and smooth, with a long persistence.

The wine has aged over a period of 15 months in a French oak barrel using the sur lie method. Light spice and candied fruit dominate the aroma in an elegant concentration. The palate is full and spicy with a pleasant smooth structure.

The wine has been aged sur lie for 15 months in a Slavonian oak barrel and can boast of a balanced nose of ripe fruit, vanilla and stick liquorice. In the palate it is pleasant, full, slightly sweet and juicy.

The spontaneous fermentation of whole grapes using native yeast from the vineyard took 20 days, and after pressing the wine was aged for 12 months in wooden barrels. An aromatic robust wine full of notes of stick liquorice and candied fruit. Its rich creamy structure gives this wine a long future for bottle ageing. Suitable for archiving.

In the aroma, we can smell forest fruits, supported by the gentle sparkling of carbon dioxide. The taste is dominated by typical strawberries and cream, with a longer persistence. An ideal summer drink.

Comes from the vineyard site of Floriánky in the village of Blatnice pod Sv. Antonínkem, Slovácko sub-region. This variety was developed in Germany by crossing the Trollinger and Riesling varieties. The nose blends aromas of linden blossom and dried herbs. The palate is balanced, supported by a rich structure and residual sugar.

This wine is made using red grapes which are pressed only gently, meaning pigments are not released into the must. It has an elegant fruity aroma with a subtle minerality. The palate is refreshing, supported by a balanced finish.

Our Sylvánské zelené is the driest wine in our portfolio, the Nové hory vines four years old. A typical light varietal wine with a pleasant acidity, great for gastronomy for pairing with foods. In the bouquet you can detect notes of freshly cut grass, herbs and stone fruit. In the palate are traces of citrus and banana. The wine was produced using a traditional method, and fermented at low temperatures in order to preserve its aromatics.

A dry wine from the Maliny vineyard site. A full varietal wine with bready notes in the nose and an additional “crema” flavour dimension. Buttery pear is detectable in the finish. This wine was stirred with its lees, causing the aforementioned creaminess. The lees imbues the wine with a particular character. Another benefit of this method is the creation of a reductive environment, meaning the wine needs almost no sulphites since it is not subject to oxidation. As such it contains a minimal amount of sulphites.
